Aila came to me after working with an email marketing agency failing to understand her brand. During the scope of the project, we were able to refresh her abandoned cart sequence, welcome flow, and post-purchase follow ups to create a more personalized experience for her community. Each flow contains various conditional splitting and personalizations to create a unique experience for each user. These are just a few of the many, fun examples–in no particular order.
